Preschool Registration
2025-2026 School Year
Click the link below to fill out the Pre-Registration Google Form. The form will remain open until April 17th, 2025.
Registration appointments will be scheduled, beginning in May, in the order in which the form is received. Once all registration paperwork is complete, the child’s place is reserved.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
Registration Forms - Will be provided before the registration appointment
The following documents MUST BE PRESENTED at the time of registration:
Child’s original birth certificate
Custody/guardianship documentation (if applicable)
Child’s record of immunizations
Preschool students MUST have a physical exam before they can start school
Proof of residency in Egg Harbor City (three items - examples listed below)
Current lease, property tax bill, mortgage statement or original deed
AND
Two (2) current utility/cable bills with service address listed
(A current document with name/address issued by a government agency may be substituted for one utility bill.)
